Christopher Robinson founded PhileasHQ with a simple conviction: the world's most complex industries deserve software built by people who have actually operated them.
His career has been defined by an uncommon breadth of operational responsibility across media, finance, technology, and enterprise operations. From early consulting work with organizations including L'Oréal USA, American Skandia, and JPMorgan Chase through senior leadership roles at NBC Sports, Robinson has consistently worked at the intersection of business operations, technology, and large-scale commercial execution.
At NBC Sports, he served as Senior Manager, Partnerships & Integrated Media, supporting some of the world's largest sporting properties while working across programming, production, advertising, operations, finance, partnerships, international distribution, rights management, legal, analytics, business development, and Olympic operations.
That experience provided something few technology founders possess: an end-to-end understanding of how modern media businesses actually function.
He witnessed firsthand the evolution from traditional publishing and print advertising through broadcast television, cable networks, streaming platforms, FAST channels, OTT distribution, digital advertising, and increasingly complex rights ecosystems. As the industry expanded, so did its operational fragmentation. Programming, rights, scheduling, contracts, distribution, commercial priorities, and operational execution became separated across dozens of disconnected systems.
The opportunity was clear.
Rather than simply improving individual workflows, Robinson set out to redesign the operational foundation itself.
That vision became Schedule.M.
Built from an operator's perspective, Schedule.M is designed to unify programming, rights, contractual obligations, commercial priorities, audience strategy, distribution planning, operational constraints, and downstream execution into a single governed enterprise platform.
Surrounding that platform is VBO (Virtual Broadcast Operations), extending the operating model beyond scheduling into orchestration, operational intelligence, automation, governance, and AI-assisted decision making.
Together they represent a new generation of operational infrastructure—software designed around how organizations actually work rather than how legacy systems evolved.
